The office workers are amazing and go the extra mile. The estimators are top notch. You won’t regret going with them!

T Shaw Construction 2 months agoTwo years ago we hired Tom Shaw of T Shaw Construction to build our “turn key” home in The Villages/Lady Lake, FL. He never broke ground for a year, he had the house framed with windows, no doors, no shingles for months. He left us with thousands of dollars of debt: 2 large liens and at least 3 subcontractors owed. While we had given him thousands to complete work on our home last summer, he was having an addition and pool installed at his house. A negative rating would be more appropriate here.

Greg Steinmetz Construction 4 months agoWe truly appreciate Greg Steinmetz and his team for their commitment on our pool project. The workmanship was outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. Planning such a project doesn’t come without disruptions, of course, but the GSCI team and their sub-contractors were always considerate when on site and ensured upon leaving each day to have the area cleared of garbage, hazards, and the gates secured. Communication is an important part of any project and this is an area GSCI excelled. They were available when requested, timely with returning phone calls, emails, or texts. When an unexpected issue came up they actively solved the problem with our input, quickly and efficiently. GSCI made us feel like a highly valued customer and from the beginning were as excited as we were to see our vision become reality.

Bulldog Sitework LLC 3 weeks agoDidn’t know how to make a review without having to put stars but 0/10 highly don’t recommend the owner of the company is very unprofessional as well as some of the employees he has working for him. They left without completely finishing the job due to employees saying they didn’t want to work for someone black. they work for their boss which not a black man so why do you have a problem doing your job. Also he contracts out work and doesn’t want to pay people he contracts out work to he finds any reason as to why he can’t pay you it has happened on multiple occasions
