I have been extremely pleased with Empire Electric Inc, since my initial call _ to the completion of our electrical project; each interaction has been superb. I knew I had called the right Electrical Company after speaking with : Jon Brockel – Project Manager and discussing our electrical needs. Jon was polite and patient while answering my many questions. He explained the process thoroughly and made scheduling for our service a breeze. He communicated fantastically throughout the process and also assisted me in coordinating with our plumbing crew ensuring that both trades could get their task completed on the same day. The Electricians : Daniel & Danny that came to provide the service were great! Both were prompt, knowledgeable & courteous and I can tell by the way they worked that they have pride in “their” work, providing quality service and that they care about the customers and their needs. 🤩🤩

These guys were wonderful! They came to repair my issue within 24 hours and what I thought would be thousands of dollars was less than $200. Desmond and Steve III were personable and knowledgeable. You have a very loyal customer in me!
