The absolute best experience to a very stressful process. System needed to be replaced immediately . Got 3 quotes. Kalos was the only one that included model numbers so you could research and do comparisons. Tyler was very helpful in answering questions. He gave me good and fair prices from the start. Other companies were reaching out to me offering to lower their prices. They installed the until next day. They showed me what they were doing along the way were extremely neat and by the time they were finished you could never tell they were even there. Not a speck of dirt. The until is quiet. The thermostat is efficient and I’m extremely happy with the decision. I had a choice of purchasing the same Carrier system at cost (same model numbers) and getting it installed. The difference in savings was in the hundreds. Well worth going with Kalos so I can call them for warranty and maintenance needs.

After calling around and getting numerous quotes to replace our struggling 20 year old A/C Kalos was by far the best company we talked to, not just price but options and explaining the difference between the options. Thrilled with the job they did and the quality of the work. Tyler, Elliott and Elijah are amazing!

Today i had AUSTIN SERVICE MY UNIT…I WAS VERY UPSET ABOUT THE AC NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. DESPITE THE EMERGENY DELAY IN THE MORNING HOURS, AUSTIN PRIORIIZED MY SITUATION, CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS AT THE UNIT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND THE PROBLEM….HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM…..HIM

Last experience with Kalos. They pushed back our scheduled appointment a day, did not call just showed up, $750 cost, ac unit stopped working 5 minutes after tech left and they charged me a service call fee to have him come back to do extra work not done initially. I understand for work done there is a charge but to hit me again with the call fee is crazy to me. Tech said I had to call the office to waive the fee, the office said they needed to call someone and call me back to confirm they could waive the fee. Meanwhile house sits at 92 with 3 kids in it, it’s 7pm, and I want my children to sleep comfortably. I told them to just send the tech and I’ll pay the fee but want people to be aware of their business practices. Definitely feel taken advantage of. I would and will be using new companies moving forward.

What great company. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the service technicians were amazing. I have an older A/C system, they repaired several issues. Fast & professional. I know when it’s time for a new system, it’s definitely Kalos that’s getting my business.

Today I had Brandon, Manny and Donovan out to put in my new Mitsubishi ductless ac. I have to say that from the initial quote from Tyler to having the new ac installed I have only great things to say about Kalos and the great guys that installed my ac. There was a problem with my old unit and they handled it like the pros they are!!!! They are not only reliable but you can count on honest service at all times. Thank you Brandon, Manny, Donovan and Tyler for making my house nice and cool again!

Tyler was very helpful with introducing me to the ME ceiling casette for my lanai. And patient with communication as I am deaf and rely on texting. And Ryan, Donovan and Sebastian were very courteous and diligent with the installation and in blowing in attic insulation. I d recommend Kalos with no hesitation.

How does a company get so many 5 star reviews? You have a salesman named Tyler and an installation crew of Joshua, Gilbert, Brandon and Donavan. Tyler planned my work exactly as I had wanted when other companies told me it couldn’t be done. The price was within a reasonable range. The install crew was polite, respectful, and professional. The clean up job was great. Super happy with our new AC units and look forward to future dealings with Kalos.

Kalos is a great company. Every time I’ve had them work on my HVAC system, I’ve been impressed. I called the office this morning to report that my system was not working. They sent their tech, Luis, out this afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem. After explaining to me the solution and the cost involved, he proceeded to fix my system with all the parts needed on his van. They are a top-notch company!
