Worst Company ever. No one ever calls backl Agents do is try to upsell services. I have contract with you where you want to say oh you just need a new thing here a new thing there.l Several times to do my regular checks, and yet you never cleaned the algae out properly out of my condensate pump, which is less than two years old And then your agent comes out and says you need a new one because there’s algae in the system. They clean it out and a week later it backs up. This is happened time time again. You never return phone calls and you suck.

April 2024 Yay! Thank you, Mr. MO! Brilliant. AC Uv system you suggested is letting me breathe! Oh it’s so lovely. Thanks for reminding me about the much needed maintenance plan! You’re the best! June 2024 update: Halo uh oh: After some technical phone problems, the OWNER called me—what a professsional (hu)man being! Really. He sent a senior tech, Mike to me the next day. Mister Mike, who was communicative and very courteous, let me know what’s wrong in about 10 minutes. Like any other random machine, be it BMW or LG, it’s a technical part issue under warrantee. It happens. Next week, he’ll install the new part. Thank you, Mister Mike Gingerbeard. Complainers: Watch this video for perspective. Mind the volume and unmute.
