Nice representatives but I had a new AC unit installed and it was broken in less than 24 hours. They are quick to respond when it’s a new sale but when there’s an issue post-sale it’s the opposite. Very disappointed especially after spending A LOT of money. Wouldn’t recommend and would be weary of the high rated reviews.

Needed an annual service on my central AC unit. Called Astacio/Sila on a referral from friend and their technician Flavio arrived to service. I’m not a usual online reviewer but this experience merited an exception. Can’t tell you how many negative home service experiences I’ve endured as a homeowner over the years, so this was a real outlier. Flavio arrived on time after a heads- up confirmation text. He was wonderful to deal with from the start. Professional, polite, took his time but worked efficiently. Seemed sincerely interested in the doing the job right and to a high standard, which is rare enough these days! After the 45 mins, explained all the findings of his maintenance service in “layman’s terms” for me so I clearly understood what he was recommending. He just could not have been more helpful or solicitous! Would ask for him again by name if any further hvac work is ever needed at home. I would highly recommend this company after experience with their technician Flavio. Breath of fresh air!
