Had the crew from L-Train out to install a 26KW Generac in our house. Simply outstanding work from planning thru start-up. They had the best pricing and provided exceptional service thru every stage of the project. Coordinated with all the necessary subcontractors and town officials to make this process smooth and fast. Would highly recommend them for your generator project!

I would not recommend L-Train Electric for any service to my home. I purchased a Generac generatorfrom L Train and scheduled the install. They were quick to come review the location and set a date. They showed up on time and completed all setup after 3 visits. Then the town inspected the work and the problems began. The town would not accept or approve the install. L Train has been called a number of times to come and complete the install and meet the town requirements but never shows or calls. I even met with a rep at a home show and complained that the job has never been completed and the town will not allow me to do any other work until this is corrected. This has been going on since 2019. It looks like my next step is to get a lawyer and take them to court at their expense. DO NOT USE BEWARE!!!!

We’re very satisfied with the installation of our new Generac generator. All the details were properly coordinated with the building department and the installation along with an electrical service upgrade went smoothly and quickly. Very unhappy, was told by the electrician that the old generator switch should come out and that some one would be back to take care of it. I paid them in full and keep getting the run around by Katie who clearly can’t do her job. If you say your gonna schedule someone to come out then you need to follow thru and accommodate us as customers and get some one out to my home. I spent 11,000 for this generator and their electrician said the old switch needs to come out then they need to make sure it gets taken care of. The electrician is the owners brother so clearly it’s about making money and not happy customers. I was also told id get my paper work and warranty info,wich still has not come.

I had a recurring problem with my generac generator. Other companies I called were unable to fix it but L-Train/ CT Generator did. Their tech Ryan was great. I highly recommend them.

L-Train installed a whole house generator w/transfer switch at our home. From our original meeting with Katy through the final inspection process, everything went smoothly. L-Train does a LOT of generators. They are very well organized and very professional; they did our installation in less than a day and the job was flawless. The town building inspector told me that, although most companies’ installations pass inspection, he finds that L-Train consistently does the best work. Highly recommended!
