I highly recommend Pedro and the 3C team! So knowledgeable on a variety of different systems, these guys do quality work every time. Also, just good honest guys! They’ll tell you what your options are and won’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. I will be using 3c for all of my business and home electrical work…and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I called several local electricians and Pedro from 3C was the only one who returned my call. I hired him to install a new panel box and out hook up my generator. The job was complete within days of my original call. I’m super happy with the work. He didn’t use the plain old grey panel box, it’s higher quality and has a nice coating on it. His pricing is more than reasonable and he got the job done quickly. He came back to my house a few months later to help me out with some motion lights and did even charge me. From now on I’m only using 3C for any electrical work at my house.

DONT USE THEM….. They upgrade the panel at my house. At first very friendly and nice , no contract signed, very unprofessional on a time frame schedule, and very slap work. They went through my roof whit out my consent did a very slap job leaked after only few months and didn’t care. YOU Will END UP IN COURT…..

I asked to have an outlet installed and I was informed he would follow up on a specific day but never followed up. I reached out again having difficulty finding an electrician to do a small job outlet and he finally showed up to look at the project and said he would come the next day but again he was unable to make the schedule time. He followed up toindicate he will come the next day and I said to come at anytime but by that time I had another electrician to complete my small job that 3C didn’t care to do on timely manner. He finally shows up the next day and no contracts were signed and threatens to send a bill of $125 for no service performed. Additionally, he threatened me about putting a lean on my house. Not professional and not dependable for small jobs.

Saturday morning one of our fuses tripped and we had no electricity. Flipping the fuse back would only restore electricity for a moment before it would trip again because of a short would cause it to trip again. I called Carlos he was in Meriden with a downed wire but said he would stop by West Hartford when he was done. Carlos came and fixed our short as well as a broken outlet. We couldn’t be happier with his promptness and quality.
