Wood Street Builders a year agoFirst I should say that when they actually showed up the workmanship was ok. I gave them a poor rating, however, for 4 reasons. 1. there is little to no communication between the “project manager,” the crew, the office. Conversations I had with people around payment, paint colors and most importantly, deadlines did not get passed along, at best, and at worst were disregarded completely: In July I told them we had a deadline of Sept 1. I reminded them in Aug. It made no difference to them. It made for an incredibly frustrating experience for me. 2. What should have been a straight forward screen porch remodel took 7 months. We signed a contract in April and they finished last week. 3. Work was completed hurriedly and, as such, things had to be redone. For example, the ceiling fans were hung without covering the mounting holes completely. When they came back to cover them with some wood, the wood was not stained the same color as the ceiling. 4. Trash left at the work site. I am glad I had not hired them for anything more complicated than a screen porch and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Virtus Design Build a year agoI highly recommend H3 Construction for your design and construction projects. The owners/managers are ethical, intelligent, skilled at what they do, and they listen to what you want. We had a greatroom added to our home and some modification of an existing bedroom. There are always a few problems in a remodel job like this, but H3 went over and above to fix those problems when they arose. It took longer than expected, but this was during 2020-2021 and they never delayed in getting back to us when needed. Now the job is finished and looks fantastic.
