GREAT team ! I had a slow draining toilet and the first company I called sent out a guy who had no idea what he was doing. He removed the toilet said he couldn’t help me and I would have to wait until Monday so they could send someone else. He left with the toilet sitting on the floor. Smith Plumbing sent someone but the supply store was closed by then. They called me and made an appointment. The technician who came was knowledgeable and recommended they run a camera through the line (no charge) to see what was wrong. They sent someone within the hour ! Roots in the line but worse the pipe had rusted out. I could see it all on his video. We talked about options and he proposed some solutions that were viable. The company followed up with a phone call and after I agreed set up starting the next day !!! They also sent the pictures and video along with their estimate so I had all the info I needed. If the implementation goes as well, I will nominate Smith Plumbing for Company of the Year !!

Sawn Bedell was very pleasant and explained everything what he was going to do to my AC. He answered every question I asked him, he knows his job. I felt so relief to have my AC working.
