All communication was with Jason the owner. CEC installed an electrical panel for us. It started with them quoting us $2500 then changing the price to $3500. They then installed the electrical wiring externally around our patio when we requested it to be wired through our attic (standard practice according to other local electric companies). They told us no. The wiring was not attached to house, buckled out infront of our patio door and was a fall hazard. I asked the owner to return to properly attach to house and he said no, we’d have to pay extra for that. Edison came out to reconnect their wire ( running from electrical pole) to our roof and told us the way CEC had connected it was a MAJOR FIRE RISK. the wiring could have slipped out of the tape they used and lit our house on fire. To top it off, the owner of CEC threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn’t pay right away after I kindly requested he attach the external wiring to house because it was a fall hazard, before paying. CEC WAS/IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

CEC is my go-to for electrical work. They are courteous, professional, on time, and they do fabulous work. Jason is wonderful about minimizing cost to the customer without compromising at all on quality.

Great estimate, and I’d love to work with them if they ever come to perform the service. I have been waiting for a response from Jessica or Rodrigo. I have called and texted several times, and I get no further with an actual date or time for a service. Hopefully, we can work this out and get services. Jason was great with the estimate. I’ll be happy to update this review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the service goes well… It is now over a month after our scheduled service. Our original agreement was service on Dec. 16th, it is now Jan. 18th… our second estimate was Nov. 29th…

I work out of the house and having my power and internet down was not an option. I called 4 other companies before I tried CEC. CEC answered my call immediately, gave me a 30 minute window, arrived on-time, were friendly, professional and helpful. They got my power back on within minutes and they showed me what the problem was and how to handle it in the future. On top of that, they deemed the visit a courtesy call. Amazing!!! I will definitely use their services and recommend them 100%!

Straight forward no nonsense. Needed a few electrical issues fixed to pass a county inspection and they were very professional and knew what to do. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything. On time..as promised. What more could you ask for

Friendly, knows his stuff, went directly to the problems and fixed them quickly, was very affordable. Did NOT make a delicious lunch for us from scratch. So there’s that. Will call without hesitation if/when an electrical issue arises.
