I was surprised by the high cost of the service call of $345 was not adjusted. While the technician was very professional and resolved the problem efficiently, the lack of an adjusted service fee by the company left me feeling disappointed. In today’s market, where excellence and customer satisfaction should be paramount, it’s disheartening to see a focus on profit overshadowing the quality of service. A company’s reputation is built on trust and fairness, and I believe Mr. Electric missed an opportunity to demonstrate these values. After having Oleg of Mr. Electric of Rancho Cordova address three separate electrical issues at my residence, I am happy to give him a “five star rating.” Oleg is professional, personable, and extremely efficient. And he is more than willing to explain his findings and how he will address each electrical problem. Motivated to complete other electrical projects at my home, I asked for estimates which I received almost instantaneously. Wanting to make upgrades to my older home, Oleg also helped me to prioritize. As an older person who has had less than satisfactory interactions with various contractors, it is important that I feel confident with the technicians I allow to enter my home. Oleg is very respectful and an asset to Mr. Electric. I intend to recommend Mr. Electric to my friends, family, and neighbors. And as I continue to complete other projects, I will specifically ask for Oleg to assist me.
