My experience with Go Brilliant Electric was 100% positive. Go Brilliant Electric’s staff member Sandra acted on my call immediately; She sent Jackson, a Go Brilliant Electrician, to my home. Jackson arrived immediately and did not keep me waiting. Upon his arrival he patiently and attentively listened to me as I explained my existing electrical problem. He then went immediately to work and repaired my problem. Go Brilliant Electric lives up to its name. It is a company that ‘GOES” by acting on behalf of its customer’s needs quickly. Go Brilliant Electric sends smart qualified, ‘BRILLANT’ electricians to address ‘ELECTRICAL’ problems.

They sent a young tech, Jackson, who was knowlegable, very professional, friendly and courteous. The electrical setup at our place is somewhat dated but he had no problem finding his way around, asked all the relevant questions and, very methodically, was able to troubleshoot and locate the source of the problem … a huge relief for both my wife and me. We’ll discuss a possible upgrade at another time but, meanwhile, Jackson more than deserves five stars. Many thanks!

I called Brilliant Electric on the recommendation of my realtor after realizing there were some potential wiring issues when I went to upgrade the outlets in my new house. Angel was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking our panels (and fixing a loose wire!) and outlets, and he was very generous in telling me how to safely move forward with changing the outlets and light switches myself, but also on what he’d recommend as next steps to make our house safer. I definitely plan to call Brilliant again for future work!

Brilliant Electric was excellent; very professional in every aspect of the job: Inspection, bid, timely and cleaned up at completion. The electrician Angel was prompt, courteous , efficient and explained every element of his work. He regularly asked if we had questions and carefully explained each response. Obviously I am pleased and recommend Brilliant without reservation .
