Needed someone to check our AC unit and circuit breaker. While I wait for an appt with an HVAC person, I called Joseph to inquire about the circuit breaker. He gave me clear explanation. Very pleasant to talk to. Set an appt with him the following day. He came about 10 minutes early which was great! He was able to fix the breaker right away. AC unit back running! Didn’t need an HVAC person after all. Joseph is professional and is highly recommended!

Joseph selected the perfect name for his business, why? Because the quality of his work is exactly that, “Wired Right”! Joseph is professional yet very friendly and he’s a good listener and explains things in a way we can understand and his apprentice Andy is excellent as well. Both he and Andy are hard working and go above and beyond. I will keep them for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them to friends and family and anyone who like me has no experience with such things because they are trustworthy and get the job done right and on schedule.

Needed wiring checked in the attic of our home. We were having issues with the Master Bedroom and Office. I called Wired Right and spoke to Joe personally. Joe came out and investigated our attic and the circuit to our rooms. He replaced 2 circuit breakers and solved our problems. He set up our appointment exactly when I needed him to be there, and was right on time. He worked quickly and resolved our issue with confidence. Fair and reasonable price for services. I live in a large home and was afraid the costs would be thru the roof. I checked Better Business Bureau before I called anyone. Wired Electric had an A rating. Many businesses do not even list with the BBB. He gave me some pricing for couple of other projects, like ceiling fan install, and I will definitely be calling Joe and his company. We needed to change breakers in our house. Lately every time we used dryer power would go off in whole house.My husbund called Wired Right and owner Joseph Dee responded.He was in our house within half an hour and completed work. Because he was very efficient we decided to use his service for my daughter’s condo in Walnut Creek.She needed to replace old electrical panel, Zinco. Joseph was early there and he worked with his team more than 5 hours to replace panel.We were very happy with his work, him arriving not only on time, but earlier, I felt very lucky that we found a reliable business.He was also reasonably priced. Other businesses that we looked up on line wanted us to schedule appoitment online and enter our credit card information online, before we even had work done.Coming from banking background, where I see cases of fraud , I absolutely did not want to enter credit card information before work was completed. We searched again online and found Wired Right, called the number and Joseph was there. I highly recomend this company. I felt that we were very lucky to find good electrician that is also well priced and has excellent work ethics. We will definitely use Wired Right in the future in case we or our daughter need any electrical work.

As far as service providers go, Joe is exemplary from the first meeting, to discussion of the work to be performed, through completion of the project. I rate the quality of his work as top notch and I would hire him in the future for any electrical job.

Joey and his team are incredibly responsive, work quickly and efficiently, and are very reasonably priced. We hired Wired Right Electric to install a ceiling fan in our daughters room, change the fan in the master, replace all lower level outlets with anti tampering outlets, and to wire & hang a floodlight camera. I highly recommend Joey and will continue to use him as our go-to electrician as we continue to update/upgrade our home!
