We had Ochoa identify issue and repair two broken outlets in our home. Miguel and Phil were extremely polite, professional and efficient and didn’t leave until issue was resolved and repaired. We have had them come back several times since, to assist with additional needs. Fast and successful service. Regina schedules and updates you during your service and is delightful to work with.

I’ve used Ochoa electric a few times in the past and have always had such a great experience. Miguel and Felipe came out today and installed a new outlet for me. They went above and beyond. They were communicative and asked my opinion on placement before cutting into the wall. They were on time and cleaned up their mess before they left. I will continue to use Ochoa for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them.

They came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in the same week. They had to rewire including metal conduit from breaker box along outside of house to back add on.

Unfortunately, I’ve needed a good electrician several times in the past few months. A friend referred me to Ochoa Electric and they have been fantastic. Super fast to respond, good people, very knowledgeable and friendly. The last time I needed help, it turned into a huge problem with the City and SDGE. Ochoa could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Can’t get anyone to respond to a quote request

Was given a window of arrival to have tech assess my job for a quote. The tech sent me a text saying that he was on the way and would arrive shortly and then it took over an hour from the text for him to arrive, which was past the window they had initially told me. The tech did not address his timeliness and was told I would receive a quote later that day; go figure, I received nothing. After a couple days I contacted them and it still took another day to get the quote which had errors in regards to the scope of the job. Needless to say I did not choose to go with this company for the job. Gave two stars because I cannot account for the job quality but professionalism is low with this company. There are many good reviews so maybe this was a fluke.
