LB Construction & Remodeling 2 weeks agoWe could not be happier that we found LB Construction and chose them for our project. This was a big job: our house’s exterior was a wreck, with pervasive dry rot and decks that were falling apart. We got three estimates – LB was right in the middle. But money was not the only consideration. Another contractor had quite the portfolio presentation, very impressive. But he lacked any warmth at all, didn’t give any sign of being a good listener, and seemed to see our project as just another building. LB Project manager Dan Peretz came out to estimate the job, and couldn’t have been more different. He clearly listened. He’s a warm guy with a genuine smile and is 100% professional. We were clearly meeting the perfect blend of good person and consummate business person. The price was fair, we were on the same page as to the scope of the job. We signed on. The crew was great. We decided to stay in our home despite the breadth of the job; our personal space and our possessions were treated with respect. LB owner Liran stayed on top of the job with frequent visits; Eleanor at the office is a gem; Flavio headed up the work crew and was superb to work with. We were happy with all of them. When the slightest thing looked like it might be going off course, Dan was on it. At the house regularly and always just a text away. We absolutely love how it all turned out. I can’t recommend LB highly enough.
