In facilities work for about 15-16 stores I deal with endless contractors, which can be a nightmare, or just difficult at best. But Steve at SoCal Electric is awesome to work with, very professional, flexible and timely, thorough, friendly, and (my big pet peeve about most contractors) has GREAT communication. I find myself continuously trying to track down HVAC techs, plumbers, etc. but Steve always lets me know when he’s coming, what he finds, when it’ll be complete and then finally when it’s complete. Very highly recommended, thanks Steve!

My units were having electrical issues as there wasn’t enough power being sent to the units from the panel. I called SoCal Electric and Steve answered right away. I described the issue to him and he was able to visit the unit within 30 minutes of the call. He determined the issue and came back the next day to resolve it. He was punctual and very communicative. I am highly satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend.
