I have worked with Walter for over a year, and I must say out of all the contractors I work with in my line of work he is by far the best! Although he may be a busy man due to his busy schedule he always responds even if it’s a late response. I appreciate all the work he does, and he is always available when I or my team needs him. Duce is very proud to have someone like Innovative on our side! He does a marvelous job and very outstanding man. Thank you Innovative your work is very well appreciated. If you don’t book with him for the Cali area, you are INSANE!!

Hmmm. Not sure about these 5 star reviews. I’ve spoken to Innovation no less than three times over two weeks, each time promised a call back to schedule work. No follow ups have occurred and we are now three weeks into trying.

We awoke to strange electrical issues, and a 7:15 am phone call to Walter was answered personally by him! After describing the symptoms he said “I’ll be right out!” He quickly diagnosed the issue, and he and his team were able to solve it in a day. We are thankful that he was able to come out early in the morning. His regard for the safety of his clients was obvious and so greatly appreciated. IES is permanently added to our local services ‘go to’ list! Call this company if you EVER have electrical issues!

The best local electrician I’ve found!! I had another company no show an appointment and called Innovative Electrical Service and they came right out within 15 minutes. The guys were very professional and found the problem quickly. A ++++ Will be using them from now on.

Walter and his crew were a life saver! Our GFI went out and they were able to come the same day. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He asked if we had any other problems and checked out the bath GFI as well. I really appreciated that he answered the phone in a courteous way and was so polite and kind. This a great company.
