What my insurance company and their service providers couldn’t do in a week these guys did in less than 24hours Robert the sales rep was able to identify find and obtain a blower motor that 3 other hvac companies said would take 3 business days to order. Robert was very helpful! Tony the actual tech that came to the house to install the part was on time and communicated everything he was doing via text while I was at work which was extremely convenient. My family and I are extremely grateful for Robert and Tony.

Once again, very pleased with Cosmic Comfort!! Had upgraded electrical work done, new breaker box installed. Layne had help from Isaac and Adam and they did a great job as I fully expected they would. Definitely 5 Stars… Whatever you’re paying them .. it’s not enough!! Amber, Todd, Doug and Adam were very helpful, patient, courteous and professional. They all get 5 stars!

Amazing experience!! Communication was great by the office staff, always emailed or called right away. We moved a mini split from our house to our shop in the back yard. Uriel and Fernando did the work. We had 2 issues after the work was done- one was the fault of our puppy (chewy up stuff) and then the mini split went out. These 2 gentlemen were very understanding, very knowledgeable, very kind, and both possess INCREDIBLE customer service skills. They truly went above and beyond to try to help us. Annnnnd they fixed the issues. Excellent work gentlemen. We will be referring all of friends to Cosmic Comfort.
