We had a very friendly guy come out. However, he had more work to do and has not been back. The electrician broke our ceiling fan dome was, took our bolts for our electric panel, though he came out on a Saturday to hang it up not with our bolts though some others that don’t match and aren’t enough of, and we have these yellow wires just hanging outside our home. When we called I told them I had a fan on the 2nd floor that you had to hang from the 2nd and this guy didn’t want to do it. That and our out door lights were the main issues. Why send someone who won’t do the work your customer asked for? Everytime I call the office they have talked to the electrician and he’s supposed to call me. The office lady is kinda short with me and rude. I would think she’d be frustrated if it were her home and I’ve been nothing but nice and tried to figure out if this guy is coming back or not. It’s been almost a month since the work started. I am just in awe of this experience.
