Mark’s team of electricians are great. Chris was able to repair two ceiling fans for one of my rentals in Surprise AZ saving me a lot of money and time. Zimmerman Electric has been my electrician since 2014 a company you can trust!

EDITED AGAIN . . . It’s now 2024 and they are still the best. EDITED. . . It’s now 2023 and Zimmerman is still showing up for me time and time again! As a Realtor for 30 years you would think I’d have a dozen electricians clamoring for my referrals, but every time I need one they are MIA. Before calling Zimmerman I called 7 other companies. As I write this none of my messages have been returned. I came across Zimmerman and the immediate response and follow up was stellar. There was no drama, no wondering if the job would be done or if they’d show up to finish. They handled the job in a timely and professional way and I won’t hesitate to use them every time.

We have used Zimmerman in past and really liked the service, the expertise, and the price. We just had another electric fixture issue and Zimmerman responded promptly and fixed it. We think they do a great job.

I have had two services done. One was adding a subpanel and powering my shed for a mini split as well as power for my tools and fridge. I added a screened in porch that they installed power to. In both cases, they were on time, offered me choices that would fit my needs. They explained what they were doing, and how long it would take. The final bill was pretty much dead on the estimate. Actually a tad less than the estimate. I will call on them again.

Our realtor recommended Zimmerman Electric to us. Mark Zimmerman installed wiring from a wall outlet to our patio roof to power a retractable awning motor. Mark submitted the drawing and quote I used for City of Surprise and The Grand HOA approval. He showed up on time and returned the drawing and quote quickly. The work was done quickly. There was minimal damage to the wall which can be quickly patched and painted. I considered the cost appropriate for the quality of the work performed but a little on the high end. Mark also took the time to explain how all the electric in the house works, e.g., breaker box, GFCI locations, and modifications made by the prior owner. He also suggested improvements that many other residents make, e.g., patio ceiling fans and additional outdoor outlets. I would recommend Zimmerman Electric to my neighbors.

We used Zimmerman for extensive work associated with a kitchen/laundry/bar renovation. The crews were on-time, professional, and left things clean when finished. We had one small glitch, and Mark Zimmerman had someone out here the next day to address the issue. We’ve used Zimmerman before this project, and when the need arises, we’ll use them again.Highly recommended.
