The office manager is so nice, communicative and helpful. Kind of rare to get such great service. I used another company previous to having Allied come to my home. That company didn’t fix the problem the first time and didn’t offer to come back for anything but full cost. Maybe that is the norm? Anyway, a good friend recommended Allied. Brad showed up, fixed the problem; but he also did a complete inspection. Did I want him to find other issues?? Nope. Am I glad he told me about them? Yes, absolutely. Brad will be my electrician going forward – his words but mine too.

Jared was very friendly and there was no pressure from him, but he went over all of Allied’s plans, and so glad I chose the plan I did, otherwise the source of my issue may never have been discovered and I could have lost my home to an electrical fire.

Really appreciate Allied for making our repairs easy from start to finish. Every time I’ve called, someone answers. They were able to schedule us within the week. The electricians who came, Brad and Brandon, were both very personable and capable. With two knowledgeable guys working together, they got all of our work done efficiently (while taking time to educate and answer my many questions). I was impressed with their commitment to keep our house clean, laying down their own mat at our front door and wearing shoe covers in our house.

Brad and Frank were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I trusted their expertise the minute they stepped inside our home. I appreciate their flexibility in our action plan.
