Mike came out on a Saturday and seemed to be very helpful and I got a good feeling. I needed a new panel due to mine failing. He replaced the panel with a new one two days later. He was fully paid in cash. After I got power back I immediately noticed I had no AC, later I noticed no heat on the stove. I made him aware but he swore it was nothing he did. I went 4 days with no AC and no stop until I had a day off and had to figure it out for myself after many false promises he would be out. He also left greasy hand prints all over the side of my house, installed the cookie sheet behind the panel sideways and tried to justify it. I told him to straighten it during install. The panel doesn’t close properly and I don’t know what half my breakers do because they are all mis labeled. I also have yet to receive an itemized receipt. I have communicated all of these things to Mike verbally and over text. This isn’t me venting. Just as a note, I’m a great customer, reasonable, allow access to my house for bathroom and patient. But after being ghosted for 4 days it’s time to leave an accurate review.

Ohh thank heavens for finding MKS and Mike!!!! I’m so thankful for the quality work at a fair price! I needed a lot of main panel work done and it had to be PERFECT for warranty and MKS does everything per code and extra perfect!!!!!!!!

Honesty and integrity carry throughout this company. I’ve been using mike for years and have yet to have a complaint. They carry true to their craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
