Surprisingly bad experience considering the high rating. I had a quote for a new outlet install from another big name company done a few weeks ago that was a bit higher price than I wanted to pay. I found Bleuwave and made an appointment for them to come give me a quote hoping it would be a better deal. I received texts and emails saying to expect a tech to arrive between 3-4pm (see picture). 4 o’clock arrives, and I’ve gotten no communication, so I assume they bailed/ghosted me. Since it was a week day and daylight burning, we made dinner plans and acted accordingly. Sometime around 4:20, I get a text from Bleuwave that says their tech is on their way to my house. Since they were outside of their stated arrival window, and we already made plans, I called their office to explain that their tech was late, and so they needed to call their tech and tell him not to come, as we’d now have to reschedule. The gal on the phone seemed confused like this was my fault, and told me that they give their techs 2 hours to arrive, so we should have given him until 5oclock. I went back and looked through all the communications the company had sent me, and every one of them said 3-4pm, and no where did it mention a two hour window. That would have been fine if I knew upfront, but they did not say that anywhere. If it was a 2 hour window, then why say 3-4pm, which, by my math, is a 1 hour window? The gal assisted me in rescheduling the appointment for a few days later for Friday between 7-9am. Friday came and went without anyone showing up, nor did I receive any communication from them. I really wished Bleuwave would have worked out they would have probably been cheaper, but I’m going to hire the prior company that gave me a quote instead, because at least they say what they mean/mean what they say.

Bleuwave came out to replace a breaker and will now be coming back to do more work since they made the entire experience great. Andrew C. was an excellent tech and the website was user-friendly. Thank you.

I called several commercial electricians, and Bleuwave was able to get someone to my office faster than any other company to deal with an emergency loss off power. Alex was very polite and did a great job of explaining to me what he was finding as he worked to troubleshoot the problem. He got me back up within a few hours despite the problem being rather difficult to pinpoint. Highly recommended.
