I had Sentry come out back in April to give me a quote on a heat pump replacement. Ben McCoy was amazing. Not only does he know HVAC (I’ve worked in the industry), but Ben and Sentry operate with the utmost integrity. Wonderful company with trustworthy employees. I ended up going in a different directions, but that wasn’t at all due to things within Sentry’s control. Highly recommend this company. They’re one of the good ones. You will not get ripped off with this company.

Whenever I request the annual Service Maintenance Visit from Sentry, I tell the Front Desk Lady to make sure to send Wesley Wead to do the maintenance! I developed a high regard to the expertise and professionalism of Mr. Wesley Wead after his first two visits to do maintenance at my house. Great experience !

Kevin Arriaga did an excellent job on my generator maintenance. I wasn’t home, but he had done before so he knew where everything was. Left me a detailed inspection report. Very pleased with service.

Sales and Installation team did an excellent job. Clean, precise, and took my needs into consideration. When we encountered a problem that added time to the installation the team stayed until it was complete even bringing in extra help to get the job done on a Friday night. Great team effort from sales and install. Big thanks to Alex, Austin, and Ben. As well as Jordon, Jamie, and Braxton for the assist.
