We called Premier Services at about 6pm when we realized our AC was not working. Within minutes Micah responded and was ready to come. We had an appointment at 6:30 so we asked if he could come afterward. He was happy to accommodate us. Once he was here it took about an hour and we were enjoying AC again. Thank you, Micah, for being flexible and an all around good guy.

There are no words to adequately explain what a professional Buddy Brown with Premier HVAC services of Tuscaloosa is. I am having to have one of my units replaced and I thank God that He caused my path to cross with Buddy’s. Fair, compassionate, informative, and concerned are just a few adjectives that describe Buddy and Premier! It is refreshing to know there are still honest companies and reps with integrity in today’s crazy world!!!

AC went out due to a power outage around noon. Power came back within about 10 minutes but the AC didn’t. It’s was in the upper 90s that day. We noticed it around 6pm and called Premier. They got us on the schedule for an urgent call, and had a tech at our house in a half hour. Micah quickly diagnosed the issue, provided us with an estimate and went to work. AC was back within 20 minutes, and we hung around chatting about common interests for another 20 minutes or so. Very friendly and customer oriented on the phone with scheduling as well as Micah the tech. Price was bumped for the urgent call, but it’s understandable. We’d worked with Premier at our previous residence with a very similar issue and the experience was just as good so we called again, and will probably call them for all our HVAC needs going forward.
