Stay clear of this business! They are doing the houses in Fairhope Falls and messing them up. I had an electrician come install some lights and fans when we moved in and they found a bunch of hot wires that do not turn off when the switch is turned off. My carriage lights didn’t work and we opened up the switch panel and the wire is just hanging in the wall and wasn’t long enough to make it to the switch. Cross wiring all across the house, I’ll turn my daughters fan off in the room and the bathroom lights will turn on. None of my Deako lighting works properly they flash like strobe lights when trying to dim them. It’s not just my house they’ve came and corrected a few of my neighbors houses with the same issues. They just won’t come address mine because another electrician found their shoddy work. They have ZERO INTEGRITY, DR Horton has put multiple work orders in for them to come out and fix these issues and they just ignore them.
