I have been using Stegall as my HVAC experts since 2013. They respond quickly and meet my needs each time I call! They provide excellent HVAC service, repair and replacement. I will never use company again. They advise they will service an area one day then advise they don’t another. This is crazy when they have already come out once to do work. This is even more frustrating when they don’t call back. Customer service is lacking.

I used another HVAC company to do a “$49 cleaning” and was told one of my units was “dangerous”- I called Stegall (initially installed systems) for a second opinion. Joe came out and did a thorough inspection of both systems and everything checked out fine. Had I listened to other company….I would be $15k poorer- I’ve had multiple great experiences with Stegall and will continue to recommend them. Thanks Joe and Stegall!
