1st class… bought a fully loaded trolling motor. You will not find anyone more knowledgable about trolling motors than the guys at Motor Tech. They have since answered a bunch of my questions with no charge. 5/5

Service was. Un satisfactory the customer service was beyond un satisfactory. I’m still trying to get in touch with the and left messages over 2 months ago. Still no phone call a return from him and I call them every week and leave them a message. They’re the only minnkota warranty people in the area.during covid I had to deal with them and dropped the same motor off 5 different times …every time they claimed it was fixed. Finally the 5th one hour Drive one way i got someone to meet me and I proved without a shadow of a doubt they were wrong .which the whole time they claimedi was lying ..n i prove them wrong . the son then proceeded to get rude while having to order my replacement motor ..

My neighbor is a very experienced bass fisherman. I asked him about a new trolling motor and he recommended Motor Tech in Suffolk. I called them and had a great first conversation with the mechanic, Bill. I pulled my boat in yesterday and John came walking out almost before I got it in park. He was all over the boat, as was Tom the owner, checking it out and giving me solid advice. They’re installing a Minn Kota Riptide Terrova 80 with iPilot. I could not be happier. These guys are great. My problem is with my Minn Kota Talon. I’m trying to correct myself. They take the time to talk to you and help you through the problem to see if you can fix it. (They have, or can order any parts you need.) But they are always there to take care of it for you if you can’t.

Brought my Riptide Ulterra here for some problems with stowing and deploying. MotorTech quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it under the Minn Kota Warranty. I’m extremely pleased with the customer service they provided! They showed me the proper way to maintain the ulterra and also shared some quick tips and tricks.
