This could easily be a five-star company. Good products and great customer support. Two places that they really, really need to improve. First, their internal processing time is not competitive. Other companies get products out the door the same day as the order, or the next day. My RSP orders have taken a week to ship. Second, the commerce website needs a lot of work. If you order something that takes several steps to complete – t slot aluminum extrusions, for example, the process is almost impossible to navigate online. No other company has such a poor online process. I really like the people I interact with at RSP, but don’t order from them unless I have lots of time to deal with their buying process. They have to be losing a lot of sales because of this.

I’ve worked with RSP for quite a bit on a few projects they have been nothing but outstanding and helpful. Even when something was not in stock they helped me out finding it elsewhere. Really glad on how this went.

I needed a Yaskawa drive urgently, I couldn’t find this part anywhere across the web, even eBay. I spoke with Ryan and Justin and they helped me to find a great match for what I needed. I WILL be using RSP Supply again.

It is a disgraceful company, they are informal, they changed the commercial conditions after having paid them, they never had the products and they also stole my money. DO NOT TRUST ON THIS LITTLE “COMPANY”

Worst Customer service, they had falsely advertised a product with a price on line i ordered an they called to tell me that i would have to pay $300 more if i wanted the item. SCAMERS…… i will be filing a complaint with BBB and the district attorney.

Be very careful when ordering parts with the RSP supply.I have ordered a circuit breaker.I paid $195.00 for price they asked. After 10 days when I called them they told me the price of the breaker I have purchased 10 days ago has gone up to $350.00 really!!!!!! And if I want it I have to pay the difference. This is not right to do business like that.they should honor the price they sold it for. I am very disappointed. Not a good place to do business with.
