I stopped in at City Electric to by a cheap LED cap for an outside light. The guy (wish I got his name) at the counter was quick to assist and knew what I needed. I went to the back at came back with the part I needed. I asked how much and he said no worries go ahead and take it. I know it’s not much but City Electric has a new customer. If I need anything electric I’m going there! Great customer experience!! I’m new in town and that old school service means a lot!!

RIP me off! Quote over the phone one price then changed when you go pick it up. They did refund the difference when I called them out, Check your receipt before you leave!!!!! Or just go somewhere else for your supplies

It is few places that give honest information, and fewer and fewer places give you good service. I believe this will be the deciding factor that keep places like City Electric in business. My experience was enjoyable and people like John was extremely helpful to my specific needs. Thumbs up for City Electric!

This is a great place to do business with! I took pictures of what I thought I needed to do the job, but it turned out that I didn’t need anything, they explained to me how to avoid any of the things I thought I needed! Saved me a lot of time and money that was not necessary! I will never go anywhere else, if I could give them more than 5 stars, believe me I would.

After going to three other stores and getting no answers, help, or products, I walked in to City Electric with my list and had smiles and friendly help greet me. They answered all of my questions and got me set up with everything I needed. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.
