I only went once for supplies was ignored so I left and with a business that has Woodlawn you would think they’ll be nicer to the community

They take a long time to serve customers, the employees are doing nothing and the customers standing like idiots waiting to be served, worst of all, I noticed that the boss was next to them and apparently that is normal for them, in few words do not have a good concept of what customer service is

Decent prices and decent stock but I feel like I am invisible when I walk in. Everytime I go there I wait 10-15min for them to even pay attention that I am waiting. Then it takes about 10-15min to get the part and print the ticket. Better off going to a distributor outside of town, even with the drive you will save time. Owner is a good guy and helpful but his front desk guys tend to ignore people unless it’s a regular it seems.

Nice, fully stocked electrical supply house, friendly staff, good prices. Has a lot of stuff that other supply houses are out of. Even as the supply chain issues continue, Woodlawn either has or gets what you need in short order. I only wish they were closer to my shop- they’d definitely be my go to supplier

Second time going there, both times I walked out. Customer service is the worst. Not ever going there again. I took a 10 minute drive to Home Depot and got what I needed.
