I recently visited Locke Supply to purchase PEX supplies for the house I’m building. When I asked the cashier about a specific fitting, he had no idea what I was talking about. If you work at a store specializing in a certain industry, you should be familiar with the products you sell. To make matters worse, they neglected to include one of the fittings I bought in my bag. When I returned to retrieve it, they insisted on “checking the cameras to ensure I wasn’t lying.” It was a $6 fitting, and they made a huge fuss over it. Why would I lie over $6? I will never return to such a low class, poorly managed establishment. I hope that you’re happy you lost a customer over six dollars.

Sign behind the desk says ” we are used to answering stupid questions” and they treat you just like that, like you are stupid. Came to the professionals for help and got talked down to, absolutely horrible experience and do not recommend for anyone who needs actual help from professionals. Lots of other businesses in town to support. Never this one again

Don’t show up here 1 min before closing after diving almost 2hr and called ahead and let them know I’m coming because they won’t sale you nothing to worried about going home thin taking care of there customers and was spending almost $500
