I am so glad I found this company, in a forum of all places. As mentioned by others, this company is awesome. They filled my order with exactly the right length cables, 1 or 2 inches longer actually. And the quality is great, as good as I can get from other Amazon companies or locally. And the best prices I’ve seen compared to others online or locally. So, I am very happy and will use them for all my cable needs in the future. And like others said, the shipping was very fast. Sent the same day, received the day after that. All others I checked out would have been 9 to 14 days. One more thought, the person who gave them one star for no markings on the cable just didn’t know that the rubber is embossed with the specifications as opposed to what you might see with other cables where the specs are painted on in white letters/numbers. These cables do come with proper designation of size, voltage, etc. You will not be disappointed purchasing from this company. And no, I didn’t receive anything for this review from them. This review is honest and legit, I’m just like you looking for a good company.

These guys are great! No matter how large or complex the order is, they will execute it perfectly and swiftly! My first order included over a dozen cables, many with custom modifications I had to specify in the notes section upon checkout. I was worried it would take them a while to decipher my customizations and build the cables. Instead, I received a shipping notice later that same day saying they were already out the door! Just a couple days later they arrived exactly as I specified! I’ve since purchased cables from them several more times and they’ve never let me down. Professional quality at a reasonable price. Extremely convenient option for those who need cables quick but don’t have a hydraulic crimper.

I won’t share how much I saved I don’t want them to raise prices. Custom made cable at my door in less than 72 hours. It was just over 6 bucks WITH shipping.

Battery Cable USA is a fabulous company that I found online and I am so thankful that I did! This company made an amazing battery cable connector for me, and though I ordered the wrong thing, Mike went above and beyond to provide a solution that was more than satisfactory. I even kept the battery connection that I had ordered wrong because it was so beautifully crafted! Amazing work! Amazing customer service! Amazing company indeed!

What a great company and great people. I placed an order Thursday evening, they called me Friday morning to confirm a detail, shipped it Friday afternoon and it arrived all the way across the country over the Easter weekend on Monday. Great service and products.

It is very rare that I take the time to write a review, but this service and quality is outstanding. I ordered several custom cables of different lengths and terminal ends. The order was in the mail that afternoon. It was on my doorstep two days after I placed the order. Even the box it was shipped in was meticulously taped. And, yes, the order was correcet and exceeded my expectations (which are generally high to begin with). There is only one place I will order cables in the future. Proud that this high quality still exists in the USA. Well done.

Before purchasing, I called and verified this was a legit online retailer. They were polite and helpful. I placed the order online for 6 different sizes of battery cables. The process was straight forward and their website was easy to navigate. I thought the prices and shipping were very fair. The battery cables arrived 2 days later well packaged. I needed a 6″ long jumper cable in order to hook 2-car batteries together to run a 24 volt system on a large tracked excavator. (I wanted a “post” connection on each end of the cable). Ordered the cable via internet – and it was easy to configure the cable using their website. (You had choices on lug connectors or post connectors along with wire size). Ordered the cable Thursday night AFTER business hours, and they mailed the completed cable out Friday THE NEXT DAY!!!! I didn’t even request “expedited delivery”, and I received the cable in my mailbox Monday morning! AWE.SOME. Not that it matters, but I went with the 0 gage marine grade wire, as the excavator’s existing wire was about .550″ in diameter with insulation. Perfect match – perfect fit – and extraordinary customer service. All done at a reasonable price. Thank you!
