Ordered something from here because their website said it was a 2-3 week lead time. They then pushed my order to a 7 week lead time. When that ship date passed they pushed my order to an 11 week lead time. My new ship date is the same as what’s posted on their website for if I order it today! Customer service could provide no feedback on what was causing the delays or what had been going on during the 7 weeks that had already passed.

This was a disaster! First they took weeks to tell me they could not provide the glass cover for my ceiling fan on my original order, then they shipped a bogus product. Who in their right mind would ever buy a SOLID light cover? OK, maybe I did not read the fine print, but I thought it was a glass product with nickel trim. And then, it did not even fit. And finally, unlike everyone else in the world these days, they charged me to ship it and then are going to charge me to return for a net refund of $6.00 on a $20 purchase. I rarely, if ever give negative reviews, but these people earned it. I told them to keep their RMA and I will throw my solid light cover in the trash.

Great Product, shipping however would prevent me from buying again. In my business I do a lot of shipping and $34.00 to ship $22.00 worth of mechandise is over the top. I shipped crate 3000 miles weight 25 pounds for $34.00

Received very good service from this company. Tried to place online order but it would not work. The CSR I spoke to entered the order for us and was very helpful and very customer friendly. Very satisfied with this company and the CSR. Thank you.
