From the get-go, they were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Communication was top-notch; they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions we had. The design they came up with was well thought out. They really took the time to listen to our ideas and incorporated them into the final plan. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—they fixed little things before we even had a chance to mention them! It’s clear they take pride in their work and have high expectations for the people who they contract out to. Working with Timberline was an absolute pleasure. They were on schedule, respectful of our home, and just genuinely nice people. We couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to transform their space. Thanks, Timberline!

The Basement Sanctuary 2 weeks agoWe can’t say enough good things about TBS. They completely blew our expectations out of the water from the very beginning. Their pricing was reasonable, they were able to start work shortly after we signed the contract and they finished on time and on budget. Our Project Manager Olivier went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t be more pleased. The whole experience was so amazing and we are in awe of the transformation. Stonebridge Builders 4 months agoChris Tolar and Stonebridge Builders are the epitome of professionalism and craftwork. It speaks volumes that they have been doing this for so long in this market. In an industry where their counterparts are constantly being called out for bad behavior, bad work, and poor ethics, Stonebridge stands out above the rest. You do not have the kind of longevity and tenure in their role, in this community, without being at the top of the game.

Sheffield Homes Finished Basements & More a year agoSheffield basements was a perfect fit for our basement finishing project. Everything flowed seamlessley from the initial basement walk to the final inspection and punch list. Schedules were met or exceeded during the whole process and communication was excellent. In addition to livable space we wanted a home theater that was open, yet accoustically functional, and found working with them and their preferred audio visual contractor to be a seamless process. We now find every excuse to spend time in the basement while catching up on great movies. I would definitely recommend using the Sheffield team for your basement project.

Rye Construction CO a week agoTyler and his crew at Rye Construction did a superb job finishing out our basement. We now have a cozy addition to our home with a bedroom, complete bathroom, kitchenette and a great living area….and a big nice storage closet! We highly recommend these folks!

RJI Professionals Inc a month agoThese guys are greedy. When I had a hail damage last year, they said they would help making the insurance pay for everything. When the insurance approved the estimate, they excluded some items from the list and tricked me into signing with them and making me pay out of pocket expenses for the items they excluded. I tried to dispute them and they refused to resolve the issue. I’ll never work with them again.
