Loren is a detail oriented knowledgeable professional master electrician. He provided excellent lighting ideas, appliance electrical outlet placement, and executed them with ease and perfection. Loren transformed my basement way beyond my wildest dreams. He is very personable and worked well with the carpenters and plumbing professionals. Loren is a perfectionist!! He didn’t like how one of the outlets sat in the wall —which he didn’t install — and it bothered him so he changed it. I thought it was fine. He takes great pride in his work as he should. It’s magnificent. Our family, especially me, have become very fond of Loren. I can trust him in my home without a second thought. I am already thinking of getting on his 2023 schedule for my outside lighting. Look on the Bright Side will be my electrical company forever.

Loren came out and provided a quote for us regarding some electrical work in our home and provided a fair quote on the spot. He explained the process of what needed to be done to achieve what we wanted and answered all the questions we had. The finished project looks amazing and we are very happy with his work. Bright Side Electric did a fantastic job for us! Came out to our house and looked at everything we wanted to do and sent an estimate for the services. On the day of the installations, arrived on time and completed all installations in a timely and efficient manner. Loren was professional, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. I had called another business in the area who quoted me an unreasonable amount just to assess the problem, and refused to give me an estimate of the post-assessment repairs stating that “the house had old wiring”. Bright Side Electric was transparent with the pricing throughout the entire process and the electrician that arrived walked me through every step of the repairs. Loren was able to repair the issue and replace the old outlets in a timely manner. I truly felt like he had treated the work he had done on my home as if it was his own. I will never use another company other than Bright Side ever again!
