Velocity Services Group 2 months agoJust don’t hire these people. Velocity of Conroe, TX is working on our condos here in Florida for post-hurricane Ian repairs and restoration. Our roofs had been leaking profusely, so Velocity smartly started off by painting the exterior of the buildings. Then the workers proceeded to do other work, The paint looks okay; however, it did not get completed. It’s still not completed. Meanwhile the roofs leaked, causing more interior damage to our units. It all started with an inexperienced supervisor to our job site, who hadn’t a clue about our county’s building code or running a project. After I complained, another supervisor was sent to oversee the substandard and incomplete work , some of which needs redone. The new supervisor, Mike Woods, came on the scene and proceeded to be quite surly and unprofessional, telling my neighbor that he “knows DeSoto County building code” in a condescending voice. We live in Charlotte County. So many things have gone wrong and are still going wrong. Last week my unit was inspected for a job that needed rework; however, I have no idea if or when it will ever happen. Mike Woods says that’s he’s not allowed to talk to me. Hmmm.

The Woodlands Premier Remodeling a month agoI’m so happy to of found such a awesome company. I needed a tile job done ASAP. Now this was a small job for our laundry room (55sq ft) that had flooded. I was already blown off by two other company’s because it was to small for them (shame on them). But not The Woodlands Premier Remodeling. Joel quoted me and with a little wiggling they were able to squeeze me in the next day to do the job. They showed up 8am ready to work. They were very polite and did a GREAT JOB!! LOOKS AWESOME!! They cleaned up the work area and left no trash or waste laying around. Woodlands Premier Remodeling you now have a customer for life. Thanks Again Joel your Awesome!

Royce’s Home Improvement 3 months agoMy husband and I decided to upgrade our outdated kitchen with new Quartz countertops and backsplash. Convert our guest bathroom from tub to walkin shower. Royce, Miranda, Juan and Jonathon got the job done for us! The workers treated our home like it was theirs. All the workers were very polite and respectful. At the end of everyday, they cleaned up inside the work area and outside. If I had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. We love our new kitchen and bathroom. What a great experience. We highly recommend Royce’s Home Improvement and his team.
