Several negative points. I called to schedule a time to get work done on my house and he forgot to put me on the schedule. He said I didn’t text him, but he gave me the wrong number to text. I only found out I wasn’t on the schedule because I called him twice to confirm the appointment, the first time I left a message which was not returned. The second time I finally reached him and he told me I wasn’t on the schedule and to text a different number. So I texted him my address, the date and time, and the exact work needed. He responded and eventually put us on the schedule for the following week. When he finally came to my house to do the work he told me it would cost $300 more to do some of the work quoted and claimed I told him something different over the phone. Fortunately I had texted him the work requested. When my husband showed him these texts he walked off and refused to do the work. Complete waste of time and delayed my project. Edit to add that his response is completely false. I’m glad now that it didn’t work out because of how dishonest this business has been. He probably would not have done things honestly or up to code. He also texted me to “thank me” for this review after I wrote and published it, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Great guy easy to work with and won’t do work that isn’t necessary. I’ve had him at my house a few times, he’s honest, and doesn’t over charge.

Ahmad came out to my home, he was very professional and on time. He figured out what the problem was in a matter of 10 minutes he communicated very well I am so happy with the service that he provided, this company is a five star company definitely recommend them! Call them if you’re having any electrical issues. This is a quality company.
