The project was done in a timely manner and I was impressed with the way it looked and was even better than I thought. I was given different options according to my budget. Platinum Home Design, LLC 2 weeks agoThese guys caught me on the rare occasion I answered my front door. Lucky for me! Every single person I dealt with from that first canvasser to the initial inspector, to Ray the salesman, the electrician, the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and lastly the sliding glass door/interior painting crew…everybody was EXTREMELY friendly, courteous, clean, honest and helpful. I explained that 2yrs prior I had my insurance come out and they said the 23yr old roof (which was clearly NOT fine) was good for another 5yrs. Undeterred, Ray dealt with insurance and their inspector. PHD made good on their promises at each step of the process: 1) they really did handle all the interaction with both the insurance adjuster and the insurance inspector 2) they got Progressive to pay for the roof on my house and the one on the shed, interior painting for the slight leak that the old roof allowed 3) the cost to me was ONLY my insurance deductible (plus the extras I had them do while they were out here (SGD, Gutters) and the upgraded Tamko XT shingles (which are GORGEOUS by the way). Let me say that last part again, had I not opted for the best shingles and premium underlay ($2,175 upgrade cost) and had them also do oversized gutters and throw in a new SGD because mine had bad seals, I literally would’ve gotten a $13,000 roof for $1,500 (my deductible)!! This matters because after Progressive denied me 2yrs ago, I’d been mentally budgeting about $10K in the next year or 2 for a new roof. And all of this required very little effort on my part. These guys ROCK! I’ll be using them again even when it isn’t an insurance-related situation.

Hash Construction Co 9 months agoMan whoever was driving this hash construction truck today on MD100 at 5:40am almost caused several accidents by cutting people off and refusing people to merge -and when they attempted to blared your horn at them for probably a solid 2 mimutes straight. When the traffic cleared you must’ve been going atleast 85mph.

Hannah Construction, LLC a month agoLuke’s a great guy, and I’m not sure if his company didn’t make it, but as a subcontractor we were stiffed for $24,000 without an explanation. They’re no longer answering calls or emails. Proceed with caution.

Elite Builders a week agoWe recently had our entire roof replaced by Elite Builders. In going through our insurance company, we thought it was going to be a really stressful hassle, but that was not the case as Marcus practically did all the work in dealing with the insurance company for us, only leaving a few phone calls and short emails for us to have to do. The first claim amount was barely half to cover the replacement but they were able to put in a secondary/supplemental claim after using a drone to more precisely articulate the severity of the damage. Again, Marcus handled the vast majority of the communication with our insurance company, and we ended up getting 100% of the costs covered by our insurance. Not only that, but they worked with our insurance company to pay for the our solar panel removal and re-install in its entirety. We got a brand new roof with modern materials that have a 50 year transferable warranty at ZERO cost to us. Once it got approved we had a brand new roof with the solar panels back up in just over a week. The roof replacement took 1 day to complete and it looks fantastic! Everyone we met is super nice and professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and dealing with insurance companies. If you’re in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend this company. They’re the best at what they do.
