I was in need of a new electric service and was referred to Adam at Pine Tree. From the start he was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He gave me a very good quote, did excellent work, and stuck to his price. I am extremely happy with his customer service and quality of work. I highly recommend him.

Adam does quality work when he starts it (he’s completed several good jobs at my home and helped inspect a friend’s home that she was buying—helping her to negotiate $ off the purchase price as electrical work was needed). However, I’ve had several days where he was scheduled to show up, and he was a no show and was poor at communicating and gave no apologies or excuses for the multiple no shows. Unreliable. Not respectful of people’s time. What if someone uses a whole vacation day to be home for him to do work and then he no shows and is not answering his phone? He didn’t call to cancel or offer any apology. It’s disrespectful of my time and rude.

Power restoration was completed promptly. Adam reconnected our outside line which had been ripped off our two story home by a falling branch during the past windy storm. He came while other electricians didn’t even return our calls. We will definitely use him for future electrical work.

Adam at Pine Tree Electric did a wonderful job doing a lot of electrical work at my house in Bar Harbor. I appreciate his attention to detail as I want the work done properly. Adam, was able to complete the entire list of work we wanted and made good suggestions for certain light switches and lights. He also got all the work permitted which was important to me. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and I highly recommend him.
