Westward Builders LLC 5 months agoIs it that difficult to park straight? When i said something to the person in the car they didnt give a damn. Car after car wanting the spot… frustrating when you see someone do that. They dont care about anyone else.

Tomas Calel Builders LLC 6 months agoTomas and his crew helped me with significant electrical, plumbing, and carpentry on my residential property. They were fast and professional. They also let me know if they were going to be late or delayed. I highly recommend them.

Terranova Construction a month agoHiring Terranova for our remodeling project was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. In my opinion, they are completely incompetent. They created a potential electrical emergency in our house and compromised the bathroom’s waterproofing system. EVERYTHING they touched had to be redone; their work was misaligned, uneven, and showed a complete lack of care or craftsmanship. Due to the extensive damage they caused, we are currently pursuing legal action and filing a complaint with the contractors’ board. Don’t be fooled by their initial demeanor. He initially comes across as very nice and highly professional, but as the project progresses, he becomes unpleasant and difficult to work with. We’ve incurred significant financial losses due to their malpractice. Don’t make the same mistake we did—hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing.

Salamandra Associates 4 years agoThis is the second time I’ve worked with Steven Salamandra, and once again he and his crew have done an excellent job. Both projects involved significant repair and rebuilding of exterior walls and decking that had suffered from water damage. He and his crew were consistently professional, conscientious, and responsive throughout, with great attention to detail and care in making sure that even hidden problems were properly addressed. Even the neighbors were impressed.

Reliable Remodeling & Renovation 2 weeks agoIgor and his team did an awesome job with refinishing our balcony. They were fast and efficient, and the quality of the work was great, and they were open and honest at all times. There was one small area they missed during the job (on the outside railings so it was hard to see), but Igor had his worker come back and patch it right away without question. We’ll definitely use them again in the future! I highly recommend them to anyone, Igor is very easy to work with and highly trustworthy. Before/after photos attached.
