Ozmart kitchen cabinets & bath remodeling 2 months agoWe hired Oscar to remodel our entire kitchen. He brought it from 1980s to 2024! He was meticulous and honest with how much the project would cost as well as provided visuals to help plan for the remodel. He was punctual and was wonderful at communicating as well as always checking in to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. He has an eye for what’s going to look aesthetically pleasing to the eye and I frankly would have never imagined how great my kitchen looks now. It’s inviting, spacious and now we are happy to host company. Thank you for your hard work Oscar and team!

Khan Construction Co. 5 months agoKhan construction remodeled my bathrooms, retiled the entire home and kitchen. Workmanship was bad. grout discolored in BR ,LEAKY SHOWER and countless other issues througout the home! Khan lead us on and never fixed any of the issues. Do Not use this company. He uses workers that barely speak english and do poor work !

Millennial Landscape 2 months agoIf you need landscaping work – Call MILLENNIAL LANDSCAPING!!! This company deserves beyond five stars!! Emigdio and his Dad Sr. took our ideas and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work shows their creative vision and how much they care about what they do. They talked us through every step and made sure when it was all done that we were completely satisfied. Everything from the stamped concrete work, the retaining wall, the grass and even the tree selections came out PHENOMENAL!!! My husband and I are still in disbelief at the transformation of our backyard. We are so impressed with our backyard that we will definitely be calling them again to do some additional landscaping in the front yard. See our pictures and call MILLENNIAL LANDSCAPING!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Roofing and More, LLC 3 weeks agoTime and again, Roofing and More people acted as though they had the right to demand things from me that I had not agreed to, and that they had no right to insist on. For example, they tried to demand more money than what we’d agreed to – again and again – money that they didn’t have any right to. They repeatedly tried to insist that I sign documents that I had never agreed to sign – as if they had every right to expect this. These documents – had I signed them – would have benefited Roofing and More, at my expense. Work done by Roofing and More that was negligent needed to be fixed. Furthermore, they repeatedly resisted making me whole after damaging my house. Repairmen they sent to fix the damages that Roofing and More had caused left terrible messes in my house, requiring me to expend huge amounts of time cleaning them up – and did painting that was so bad, much of it was in need of redoing, at my expense. They installed my roof over damaged wood that needed to be replaced, first, without even mentioning it to me. December 12, 2023: The day Roofing and More roofers began replacing my roof with a new roof – AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED TEARING OFF MY OLD ROOF – estimator/ salesman/ Project Manager Arnold Melikyan came to my house to give me what he called a “change order.” He said it was for me to sign. He told me that this would have caused me to have owed Roofing and More over $3,000 more than the price that we’d agreed to the previous October – an increase of over 10%. PLYWOOD Melikyan said – for one thing – that they were going to have to install more plywood in replacing my roof, with a new roof, than he’d realized. ALL of the dozens of other roofing companies’ estimators/ salesmen, that came to my house to bid on replacing my roof, realized that they were going to have to put on this much plywood – and included the right amount of plywood for replacing the roof in the estimates they gave me. Many of them had gone into my garage, looked up and seen space sheathing from underneath. This told them ALL that I was going to need a full roof amount of plywood. Melikyan said he didn’t know that they were going to need so much plywood, because it had been dark when he’d come to my house – and because there had been a tarp on the east side of my house’s roof – but he had gone into the garage, with the light on, looked up, and seen the space sheathing from there. Presumably, this told HIM TOO that I was going to need a full roof amount of plywood – just like it informed ALL the other estimators/ salesmen – unless Melikyan just lacked competency. A few other estimators/ salesmen asked to look in the attic, and I let them all look. Had Melikyan asked to look in the attic too, I’d have let him. He’d have seen the east-side space sheathing from there. Melikyan showed me the place in his estimate where it had indicated only 300 square feet of plywood, even though the roof was 2,500 square feet. It didn’t even make sense, but it’s up to the ROOFER to provide an accurate estimate – NOT THE CUSTOMER, who isn’t expected to understand all the technical details. I hadn’t even RECOGNIZED Melikyan’s mistake. TILE CHANGE Melikyan also said that Roofing and More charged a higher price for the different tile that they were going to put on – but it was HE who wanted to have the roofers install this (Eagle) tile, NOT ME! I would have been fine with the Boral tile that we’d agreed to, in writing, in October. However, Melikyan told me – around a week before they were supposed to begin – that they were not going to be able to get this tile for another TWELVE WEEKS, according to the manufacturer.
