DR Horton used this company to wire our home. Have had nothing but electrical issues. Our AC went out a week ago, the AC company came out and advised there was arcing in the disconnect and grounding issues, also our plugs in our master bedroom stopped working while the other outlets on the same circuit worked. After explaining this to the tech and how the AC tech had to temporarily wire the new disconnect and wanted the electrician to verify the wiring and fix the grounding issue. The tech and Supervisor Omar advised it is getting 240v and wouldn’t address any of other concerns with these loose connections or grounding issues. Omar asked to talk to his tech, in which the tech got in his truck and left. I am worried this new house is going to burn down due to an electrical issue where the common theme seems to be loose connections. In short, find a different company.

Zero stars is the more accurate description. Joe Harris’ team has been the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with in my life. Initially, it took forever to get a hold of him via email/phone call. He didn’t respond to emails until 1-2 weeks after they were sent — and he would not follow up until I would send another email asking for updates. Then, when trying to actually have his team come out to set up a time to install the security panels in our home, we’ve had to reschedule numerous times. And when they’re rescheduling, it’s not a nice notice that is one or two days in advance, it’s the morning of the appointment, literally an hour or two before the time that they were supposed to be at my house. After the third time rescheduling, they were finally able to show up and install the system — but that also had it’s own mishaps as well. I spoke to Joe on the phone to confirm a time of 9am, but his worker did not show up at our specified time. On top of that, I called Joe that morning at 10am, because we were still waiting and wondering where his worker was, and Joe himself said that he talked to his worker and that he would be to the place in less than 30 min. His worker proceeded to not show up until 12pm. Despite numerous phone calls and voicemails left with Joe, he proceeded to not call me back and never gave me an update on whether or not his worker was even going to show up. AND to make matters worse, they only had one out of the two security panels tha they were supposed to install — meaning that we had to set up another date for them to come back… Joe calls and tells me personally that he is going to put in the order that states that his worker should come to my house first to install the final panel. So here we are today, the day of the final installation. I get a call from his worker at 8:50AM stating that he would be at my house at 11AM to install the panel. And wouldn’t you know — I get a call from Joe at 1045AM — FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE his worker is supposed to be here, telling me that his worker does not have the panel on him so he cannot come to install the final panel. Joe tells me that he will come personally to install it, but the earliest he can get here is at 1PM… Joe and his team has no answer for me when I ask how they can be SO unorganized and unprofessional. No matter what industry you are working in, if the provider shows up 3 hours late on numerous occassions or has to reschedule you on numerous occasions, there would be some sort of compensation or apology from the higher ups. Yet all Joe does is a piss poor job of attempting to apologize and reassure me that he will do the task when he says he will. There is absolutely no accountability and no remorse from anybody from Templar, and it is a terrible excuse for a professional company.

Templar was the choice for our new home builder..D.R. Horton..They were extremely difficult to deal with.both in and out of warranty..Terrible customer service..I .would never deal with this company had it not been the choice of our builders..Absolutely the worst….

Been trying to contact them for weeks with no response back. I see someone in my community has also been having issues connecting with them. The customer service is just horrid. Wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Worked for them. They have horrible values can never get you your material and will short your check over and over without a care and refuse to fix it. Had to report them to labor board

I’ve called over and over I keep getting voice message I leave name and phone number and still no call back I bought a house in Buckeye in tartesso community. It came with alarm system and haven’t used it but last week I was cleaning it and it litterly starts going off so loud and I could at shut it off and till this day no call back or answer and my alarm I had to disconnect
