I live in Springfield Oregon. we had a horrible ice storm. My power was out for 10 days and yesterday your guys showed up and brought power back to my house and I cannot thank them enough I did go out and talk to them and told them how much I appreciated what they had done for me. I even gave them some bottles of water & candy!! Thanks for coming down to help the city of Springfield!!!

No notice that they would be working outside our house ALL NIGHT for TWO WEEKS installing power line poles. I had to fight to get into my driveway- your flagger kept telling me to go the other way even though I kept telling him I lived here. He was incredibly rude. I have kids and I get up early for work- no one in this house has gotten good sleep the last two nights and I can’t even imagine how we are going to get any sleep the next two weeks. Aren’t there noise ordinances about these kinds of things for this very reason? Like, I know some things have to get done but at the very least, giving notice to residents would have been nice so we could have had the opportunity to make arrangements to be somewhere else.

Love the fact they don’t even give you a heads up that there gonna be replacing a transformer infront of your house. Then proceed to block all 4 of your cars in so you can’t leave or do anything till they are done.
