Very disappointed after receiving my estimate from Tri-City. I was looking to have a Tesla Wall Connector installed in my garage. I already have the Tesla unit. I just needed to have the electrical hooked up. All I can say is thank God I received multiple estimates. They were the first estimate I received at $6,500! I received two estimate after this, and one was $1,000 and the other was below $1,500! The guy that came out to my house from TriCity (I believe his name was Al) was extremely friendly and professional, but those price differences are outrageous. Over $5,000 price difference is unbelievable.

Beware . Tricity electric schedulers who schedule appointments for electrical work are not educated in the company’s rules at least when it comes to where the company’s electricians are allowed to install what kind of outlets .I was told this by Alan the supervisor today when I told him I was upset because I told the lady when I scheduled that I specifically needed a non GCF outlet in the basement for a sump pump . To which. Alan replied , “They don’t know …” I am so upset and now I don’t know if I can get an electrician in time …To recap more …. I called about a week ago to have a 110 non GCF (directed by the company doing the work I’m having done ) put in my basement . I was told this was scheduled . I expressed concern about it being put in the correct place and was offered for Alan the supervisor to come and check to make sure . What if I hadn’t done this ? What if I hadn’t raised this concern ? I would have had no time to find an electrician by the time they actually came to do it, or they may have installed the wrong outlet (and had me pay for the wrong outlet ) , costing me a lot of stress and money . They have installed other outlets successfully. However, I had another instance where the man came to my house about 5 hours early without proper communication and I did not like this . They did install a stove outlet and did 5 star work with that but today this actually was 0 or 1 star work , 1 start not because Alan came out to check . Alan also came before to check some outlets for me when I first started having Tri city do electrical work but now I don’t know if I’ll have them do more work again . Hopefully they train the schedulers .

Driver in van 48 about side swiped our vehicle. He clearly needs the 24 hr services. You might want to check out his driving skills on an idle Wednesday afternoon. Don’t take Brady Street in Davenport unless you want to be sideswiped by this eager driver! This sounds like an EXCELLENT topic for a Monday morning meeting!

Thank you for the professional, friendly service that you have given and the attention to our needs. We had an RV panel installed as well as needing a pole Mast Moved all together. Josh and Noah was outstanding and did great work! We are super happy with the services provided. The quote was right on and reasonable. Thank you again! I highly recommend these guys to you for all residential needs. We will use them again if a need ever arises.

Great company! First they don’t charge to give you an estimate like some do to trap you. They are smart, helpful, polite, professional and care about the customer. Excellent business and I will be having them so my pool install and any other projects I have. Glad I called them. Thanks Tri-City!!!!!

Still do not have a quote. We couldn’t seem to connect on the phone .. you would think they would put paper copy in the mail. I am going to try some other places.
