Something was wrong with my lights and I called Mike Gibson Electric right away. They came out the next day, I think his name was Ralph and he did such an amazing job. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone.

I called the manager and rescheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my house, however when I contacted the company a day before to confirm, they basically blew me off and said they are short staffed and implied I should go elsewhere instead of waiting. What kind of company tells customers to go elsewhere? Poor business practice if you ask me. Of note, th why also installed the electric in my house when it was built and it has repeatedly failed, with several short circuits. So , take their advice, definitely go elsewhere!

Very trustworthy and honest company. Everyone was polite and professional from the electricians (Ralph and Dustin) to the financial manager. Made me feel appreciated as a customer. Definitely would use their services in the future. Thanks y’all!

I called a company and had Mr. Sparky come out to give me an estimate on a surge protector on my panel, an outlet next to the panel for my fridge and freezer and a dedicated line for my swimming pool. Mr. Sparky gave me a quote of $7,200.00 to do the work. Thinking that was absolutely ridiculous, we called and had Mike Gibson come out and quote us. His quote, for the same work (minus the upsells that Mr. Sparky attempted to add from the moment the guy opened his mouth), was $1,250.00. The gentleman was great, friendly, on-time and was very upfront with us that with all the rain, it would be the week after next before he could get the work done. Since it’s not an emergency, we are completely fine with that. Would HIGLY recommend Mike Gibson and are excited to become a customer of them!!!
