Called Wommack this morning about two electrical problems. Norman called us back same day and steered us to garage to reset GCFI to resolve bathroom outlet issue. He recognized other issue and gave us a quote over phone. Very helpful and friendly. We are going to wait on second fix as we will be remodeling soon, but we were very pleased with quick, courteous response.

We are new to the area and needed help with electrical work recently. All the neighbors said to call Wommack Electric to help us out. Just had them do work for us for the third time on three separate problems we had with the older home we purchased here. All three times, they did excellent work and their cost was less than what thought we would have to pay. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to others.

Let’s see how many ways can I be dissatisfied. I’ve never had a company act so unprofessional. This company was recommended to me by a friend, who is a male. In my opinion it’s a respect thing. Since they were providing service to a female. They were less particular to the service they provided. So if you are a single women beware. I recieved my initial service call. The young man was informative, he charged me 85.00 which was alittle higher then what I payed for my last service call. But they were recommended as providing excellent service. I agreed to continue with having my AC units coil cleaned. I was told I’d be called within a couple days, I wasn’t. I called the company back a week later. Then I was told I would be called back immediately… it was late the next day. So they called made an Appt. to clean the unit on the next Wed. they never showed. I had my first service call on 10/16 and they finally got it together to show up on 11/1. If I could afford going with another company I would have. I already had 85 bucks invested. So here we are now. The day after he finally showed to clean the coil. Which I’m wondering whither he actually acid washed it at all. He sprayed something from a plastic bottle onto my coils and rinsed it with my hose. Acid as I know it can’t be placed in a plastic bottle. But I trusted he was the professional. Today 11/2, I have less cool air then I did before they ever touched the unit. I’m waiting for a call back. But I am sure I will never recommend this company to a friend of mine. I have never experienced such disrespect, and disregard from a company.
