I had LaGrow come to my house to install irrigation system man named Bobby said he was the owner gave me his personal cell phone number so i believe him. Now i call to talk to him they said he no longer works there lol. Had a break in the irrigation line lost thousands of gallons of water and thought about charging me. Its only been in the ground a little over a month. Then my timer needs reset iam willing to pay for the service call told them call before you come out so i can tell them the time to set it cause I’m in pa for a few months supposedly they show up no call don’t know what they did can’t get a straight answer from office always have to wait for a call back. Sorry wouldn’t recommend them nothing but anxiety for me.

We had no issues.. Great service and price. But since we had a line break thousands of gallons wasted they did come out to fix the problem we had hoped. Need them to come back out we made an appointment over a week ago and no show no call. We don’t know what to do now

Wanting a new water filtration system for our house I called to have them come test the water and give me an estimate, the girl told me there’s a $50 to come out and do the test and give me a quote!!! Wait what?? That’s part of doing business and getting new accounts, I said no thanks I’ll pass on using your company, no other water treatment companies charge to come out to test the water to give you an estimate for a new system.

Mike W came to my home in Lake Placid for a walk through of the irrigation system of our newly purchased home. He quickly sized up what fixes were needed – very knowledgeable and experienced. He was conscious of time (charged by the hour; prorated unused time) and worked quickly and efficiently. He comped us some less expensive parts and provided all the equipment needed to fix the system (sprinkler and micro spray heads, piping, irrigation keys). Parts have a 1 year warranty. Whole system was up and running smoothly in 1.5 hrs. Friendly, nice and quick – highly recommend.

Was looking for a new well drilling company and realized I forgot to leave a review on LaGrow last year. They burned up my brand new pump trying to troubleshoot an issue with the well. And the $90 service charge was $180. $180 to burn up a pump. Closest thing I got to an apology was to insult the $320 pump from the local hardware store, and offered to send me a quote to install a $750 Gould pump and work on the well. Not that I was sold on buying a $750 pump for then to burn up, but they never bothered to send a quote. A simple apology, just accepting responsibility, for costing me $500, and I probably wouldn’t still be annoyed.

Called LaGrow in the morning when my home well was not pumping water into the house. Jason came out and was very professional and fast on finding out what the problem was. Fixed the problem very quickly as well. Would highly recommend this company and Jason to everyone.

Super happy with the work done by LaGrow! We had an irrigation system installed along with landscaping. What a transformation of our yard. Bobby was very helpful in explaining the process and every step along the way. Everyone on the crew did a great job to help us bring our vision to life. Highly recommend.

These guys are crooks, they don’t tell you upfront on the phone that they charge a fee to provide a proposal. Then they send you a bill a few days later, for doing nothing. Such shady, bad & horrible business practice. Horrible company, they don’t answer phone calls, takes over a week to get someone, the head nachos at the company as a nasty, feisty, unprofessional attitude. Keep putting you off, from one person to the next, just absolutely terrible service. When confronted, one of the head nachos, response was that he knows other companies doesn’t charge a proposal fee, and if they (LaGrow Irrigation) tell prospective callers over the phone that they charge a fee, the callers would just hang-up and call another company that provide FREE proposal. So this a sure way the company can SCAM prospective customers out of their money and while profiting the company. HORRIBLE & FRADULENT BUSINESS Practice, they have being doing this scheme for years and getting away with it!

Requested a quote/estimate to have a digital irrigation controller installed at my house. The technician evaluated my system and said it would cost more than $1,000. I said no thanks. Got a bill for $85. Tried calling, no answer, left message. Emailed also, no response. There was no expressed or implied cost for the estimate. Still unresolved. Update: 2/6/23 – Received email stating that the invoice has been cancelled.
