My family wanted peace of mind and decided to get a generator installed at my 93 year old mothers house in Florida so there would be no issues in the event of power outages. I did some research and checked around and decided to go with Kiki and her team over at Anderson Power services in Delray. I am not a big review guy, but I wanted to give a shout out to Kiki and her team. I was able to get it installed quickly, and correctly allowing them to use their expertise in dealing with the homeowners association, getting permits and gas tank installed, Kiki handled everything!!!!! Anderson Power Svs (which acquired RCB Electric who serves the greater Palm Beach Cty area) is simply exceptional. I spent one year dealing with different standby generator subcontractors who gave me the runaround about permitting, generator backorders, and subcontractors and suppliers for digging, installation and propane tanks. Then I came across Kiki V… she’s the Manager of Anderson Power Services in Palm Beach County, and Kike takes charge!! Kiki was wonderful, a problem solver and great communicator. There are myriad details in getting a standby generator installed (we installed a GENERAC Gaurdian 26kv), and Kiki oversaw and managed every detail. Thank you Kiki, and every one of your team members was equally professional, competent and a pleasure to work with! FIVE STARS….HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDERSON POWER SVCS!!

▄▀▄▀ ▄▀▄█▓▒░KUDOS WELL DESERVED!» ░▒▓█▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Being an Authorized Generac Dealer I decided to try them since the company that installed my generator has been offering poor service. Another company local to me never was able to speak with someone….. Unlike them Anderson Power Services is AMAZING. I phoned, Kiki answered the phone,(no hold, no push for the right dept, etc) and from then on everything progressed perfectly. I was set with an appointment for repair, given a 1 hour window, yes one hour! Technician, Robens arrived on time! did the repair without any issues. As an experience tech he noticed a part that should have been replaced from a factory recall in 2021. That part was recalled of fire. Even though my generator is out of warranty Generac was called while he was still at my home and authorization was given to have the repair completed. His truck was well equipped! No waiting to order a part, it was stocked on his truck! Service was amazing and speaking with Alex in the office explained everything. Now my go to Generator Company and I would recommend anyone with a Generac to contact them. ▄▀▄▀ ▄▀▄█▓▒░++++++++++++++++++++» ░▒▓█▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

I’ve been a customer of RCB for almost 10 years. Their name has changed to Anderson Power Services but the quality of service is still the best. My tech today, ROBENS, is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Very pleased with their maintenance and new products.
