Absolute trash. My 14-foot high ceiling fan makes a bad screeching sound when it’s on. I used the first america home warranty who sent one of these guys. They didn’t even go up to look at the fan. The guy “listened” to it and said it was the motor. 1st America said my claim was not valid because the contractor said everything was working. I called the contractor, who said the fan works, and the problem is not mechanical, so it’s fine. Nothing has changed. I’m asking for another business from 1st America and I recommend you avoid this one at all cost.

Terrible company. They charge you additional cost for repairing at the time of repair by putting you on the spot. Very unethical.

Stay away from this company. They should change their slogan from “ we are the best” to “we are thieves “! They are nothing but a rip-off. They do insurance jobs and since the home warranty companies only give them the bear minimum, they will jerk up the price to loot the home owner. Here is what they charged me for a water heater installation- these are my out of pocket costs that I paid. Pay extra attention to the vent modification cost- they used all old parts and no modifications were done to the vent line. When I called to question that, Kevin from their company said I was not a plumber so how do I know. I told him that I am the home owner and not stupid. I was there the entire time and saw what they did and the technician confirmed it. Also, they messed up my water line from to a utility sink and when I called them back, they wanted to charge me again to come fix it! They also changed my schedule 3 times before they came-no respect of others time. Also, they say they accept all major credit cards, buts a scam, they will charge an additional 3% processing fee on top of the jerked up price! They are cheaters so stay away from them! If I had the option, I would go give them a zero rating! Please pay another company to do your job, you will regret getting these guys.

First off let me just start out by saying thank you T&N plumbing and electrical!!! Isacc your are the man!! Half of my entire house was out of power I was stringing electrical cords from one side to the other for days. Finally broke down after endless attempts on my end and gave a call to T&N PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL they had an electrion to my house quickly. Isacc came in asked me if I used space heaters before and I said yes he checked the outlet and identified the problem and BAM my whole house works In about 10 minutes time. Very happy I called.

If I could give out 0 stars I would, I was denied a request to have our water heater replaced on the 17th of may 2024 and it is may 22nd today and no one called us to let us know we were denied meanwhile I’m driving across town to shower at a relatives my whole family and I, super unprofessional, DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME FOR THESE PEOPLE, Iv had to make arrangements for work etc and I’m getting no where with these people

I was worried after seeing the reviews when my home warranty assigned us with T & N Contracting for our leaky water heater. However, I was very pleased with our experience. Easy and friendly scheduling. Kevin, our plumber, was friendly and professional. I don’t know how my experience could have been better. Thank you!

I was forced to use this company due to my home warranty selecting them for our hot water heater. Spoke to Kevin for initial appt. on a Monday had to wait until Thursday get the out to diagnose issue. They meaning Kevin said they would have everything submitted to HW that day. Lie, they didn’t submit it until after the HW & I had to call together but then it took an hour longer after that on a Friday afternoon, spoke to Sonia, Kevin and Paul. Had the weekend without water. Now at 9 days, HW calls to say the water heater was ordered and will be ready for the company to pick up on Tuesday and schedule install. No call on Tuesday, no call on Wednesday until I called was placed on hold for over 30-minutes. They came back on the line finally and said that they couldn’t schedule the appointment because the water heater was located outside the service area which is not the first time I have heard that from them as it was said the first time and when I called to try for an earlier appt. Again, spoke to Kevin, Sonia and then Paul called me but didn’t like that I called out the behavior/lies and said he was canceling the job because it was outside the service area. They are the ones that told the HW they service my location, they wasted 11 days so we had 11 days with no hot water. Thank god, they did that because the next contractor was able to get it the estimate to the HW same day this one canceled, everything ordered and then installed it less than 2 days later. I reported this company to the BBB and plan to report them to the State of California as well. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE!!! #terriblecustomerservice #horribleworkethic #liars #Ihopethehomewarrantyfiresthiscompany

This company is a full scam. Do not, do not hire this company for any job. Owners of this company are very rude and unprofessional. There technicians have no experience and don’t know how to diagnose a plumbing issue. This company doesn’t even deserve a one star ⭐️ rating.

Any good reviews you see about this company is because their employees are good people and according to the staff they are not treated well but we all have to work right? They state :we are the best: yes they are the best at lying! I was assigned this contractor twice by my home warranty company. Each time they were dishonest about the services needed for my home. Apparently this company is gate kept by an office manager named Sonia or so I was told. Her employees don’t even like her and speak ill of her. She is dishonest judgmental critical non-communicative and above all dishonest, she acts like this is her own business but claims it is not. There’s no customer service at all and the dishonesty is beyond belief I would not recommend this company to anyone do not allow them in your home as they will lie and be deceitful which can cause a problem with your home warranty division. I do not know how they stay in business or how they’ have managed to stay in business but they won’t let you get in touch with the owner of the business nor will they continue a conversation with you if they do not like what you say they will hang up on you. They will tell your home warranty company epic dishonest tales about your character as well very vicious people as her partner in the office is just as deceitful. Stay away from this business.

HORRIBLE. NOT “the best” LOL. Worked on my clogged sewer line for 5 mins and then stopped and said they couldn’t fix it. Didn’t even come prepared with an extension cord. Then had the nerve to complain that he had to drive “all the way from Modesto” for this. Sorry what? I didn’t choose them, my home warranty did! Called my own guy the next day, and they cleared it without an issue. If your home warranty assigns you this company, call and cancel. They will screw you out of the cost of repairs. You are better off finding your own contractor. This place should be shut down for its negligence.
